About this Seminar

At a time when creditors are becoming increasingly anxious about being paid and turning to legal avenues for assistance, it is imperative that practitioners are aware of all options potentially available to their clients. The purpose of this seminar is to highlight some of the most common - but also some of the lesser known - remedies available to creditors for enforcing debts and judgements. In particular, we focus on the practical issues, such as procedure, costs and the relative effectiveness of each remedy. As always, the seminar includes access to our comprehensive reading materials.

The seminar also takes into account the latest developments in the law, such as the recent commencement of European Account Protection Orders, new rules of court and the latest judicial authority from the courts.
